Daniel is a good host, and Gigi, who takes care of the housekeeping, is a very polite and clean lady. The house is located 5 minutes from downtown and the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend it.

**Must book if you’re traveling to Houston or just looking for a place for a long stay!** Daniel and his team are absolutely wonderful. The apartment was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, making it a cozy and welcoming space. The location was safe and perfect, with easy access to all major highways and high end as well as some of the most amazing hole in the wall restaurants Houston offers. I especially appreciated the cleaning service Daniel offered included in the price. Gigi is AMAZING and she makes you feel you’re at home! I would happily stay here again and recommend this property to anyone!

Great place on a quiet street in an excellent location. Lots of things to do in a very walkable area. Rental is clean and has everything you would need for a short or long term rental.

My stay in Houston for 17 days was as good as it gets. Daniel was as good of a host as I have ever had when I have stayed in an air B&B. His place at 403 W. Polk Street was absolutely wonderful. My stay was perfect! Daniel's place has everything anyone would need for a short- or long-term stay. The apartment is super clean and every Monday the nicest lady comes and changes the bed sheets, cleans the bathroom, vacuums, and straightens the place up. I cannot thank Daniel and his team enough for my comfort throughout my time in Houston, Texas.

Daniel’s place was always very clean, he had it cleaned every week that was a big plus! Location is excellent, close to downtown, midtown and the medical center, great communication!

A true 5 star host and property (I know 5 is given out for just about everything usually) Property is as advertised.. Furniture is comfortable and in great condition. Well stocked appliances/dishes and such in great condition. Daniel is a great host that goes the extra mile to provide a great stay. Neighborhood location is also great, in a popular area of Houston with plenty around to do and still be in a quiet/nice neighborhood.

Best Airbnb stay I’ve ever had! Daniel is very accommodating, helpful, and considerate. The space is a great one too! Very close to great places in Montrose, Midtown and River Oaks. Highly recommend!

Place was as described very cozy and felt like at home and of coarse super clean . Place is close to all restaurants hospitals . Daniel is quick to response and very caring ! We got to meet Gigi who helps take care of Daniel’s units and she is very caring and passionate of her job . G.Bless both and keep up the great work !! Wife Loved the stay be back soon !

This location is excellent. It was great staying in the heart of the museum district, with so many amenities nearby - so close to galleries, museums, and downtown theatre and entertainment. The neighborhood is aesthetically pleasing and feels very safe. Lots of restaurants nearby!
