RARELY AVAILABLE!! Enjoy your stay in our wonderful and unique apartment home. The building is from the early 1930’s and has been redone from ground up. It light! It’s bright! It’s modern and has old world charm! Walk or Uber to all the great areas near downtown Houston.
Other Details to Note
We will provide you with the front entry and your apartment key pad code prior to your arrival. The stairs involved in your stay with us is 1 step from the city sidewalk up to our lawn and 3 steps up to the front door landing. (Main entry red door) One flight of stairs to the second floor where your apartment is located. Unable to host events or parties. Only booked guests after 9pm.
