RARELY AVAILABLE!! Enjoy your stay in our wonderful and unique apartment home. The building is from the early 1930’s and has been redone from ground up. It's light! It’s bright! It’s modern and has old world charm! Walk or Uber to all the great areas near downtown Houston.

Other Details to Note

We will provide you with the front entry and your apartment key pad code prior to your arrival. The only stairs involved in your stay with us is 1 step from the city sidewalk up to our lawn and 3 steps up to the front door landing. (Main entry red door) Unable to host events or parties. Only booked guests after 9pm.

This is the perfect apartment for my solo trip to Houston! The location of Daniel’s place is fantastic and very close to the Buffalo Bayou. I loved the restaurants/shops around the block where you can get anything you might need during your stay. Most listings we saw didn’t have a full kitchen, so I appreciated that this one did, plus a washing machine/dryer which was a lifesaver for my long trip. The bathroom was extremely clean. The whole apartment was incredibly clean and well decorated. Daniel and his team was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The apartment is also very close to downtown. I’d highly recommend staying with such a friendly and thoughtful host!

Daniel and his team (Julianne and Gigi) place a high value on guest satisfaction. They genuinely care about the appearance of the place and the overall comfort and contentment of their guest(s). They strive to deliver a 5-star experience, and it shows. I felt at home the moment I walked into my flat. The fireplace was illuminated, soothing music was playing, every room was well-lit, it smelt fresh and clean, and SNACKS awaited me. As I settled in, I noted that everything was completely CLEAN, stocked, and ready for use, such as shampoo, conditioner, Q-tips, cotton balls, toilet paper, pods (for dishwasher, washer, and Keurig), dryer sheets, etc. In addition, the kitchen had EVERYTHING I could need and more! FYI- longer stays (I stayed 2 weeks) receive a complimentary refresh which made my stay even better. Well-curated spaces like this deserve a special badge but for now, a heart in my favorites will do. I am looking forward to my future stays with Daniel.

This apartment was a favorite out of the places I've stayed in Houston. I immediately felt right at home and comfortable, things were clean and well organized. The neighborhood is great - very walkable and bikeable, close to downtown, Montrose and the bayou trails. I look forward to staying at Daniel & Julianne's place again!❣️

By far, the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Houston. The location is amazing! Daniel and his assistant Julianne are excellent hosts. The place was super clean and had everything I needed and more. Excellent communication! Definitely a place I would book again!

This is the best Air Bnb I’ve ever stayed at. So comfortable, easy, and safe. Felt like I had my own home in Houston for a week. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Daniel’s the best!
